Today Gerardo came to do our biannual heating and air conditioning inspection. He  reattached and redirected our dryer vent so that the lint would not get our air conditioner dirty. I have been using Briggs heating and Air for 4 years. They have been amazing, timely, and professional. They also support all the services that HOA requires and are able to certify any type of service you need. Briggs HVAC came through for us in a big way today. I called late on a Friday afternoon with a malfunctioning furnace, right as the coldest weekend of the year was approaching. They were able to dispatch quickly, and the two technicians who arrived were fantastic—professional, clear in their explanations, and efficient in diagnosing and resolving the issue.
